A COLLEGE CELEBRATION
This year marks the sixtieth, anniversary of Wellington College on the present site, and it has been decided to celebrate the occasion by a series of functions held in conjunction with Old Boys' Day. The celebration will begin with the ustial Old Boys' Day competitions on the college grounds on the afternoon of Friday, November 30, and in the evening the jubilee dance will be held in the College Hall. On Saturday afternoon a new honours board will be unveiled in the school, and there will oe a presentation of bowls of honour by Mrs. Firth, followed by a reception by the headmaster (Mr. W. A. Armour)*and Mrs.1 Armour. In the evening a reunion will be held in the Masonic Hall. For Sunday there will be a parade of old boys in the.college grounds at 2.15 p.m.. followed by -a service in the Memorial Hall conducted by Archdeacon MonaKhan. Tfc is anticipated that the celebrations will be attended by many hundreds nf old boys from oil parts of Ken- Zealand. ' I
