MILLS.—On October 26, 1934, at Otaki, Arthur William, dearly beloved husband of Itosa Mills, of Otaki.
TOOMATH.—On October 23, 1934, at his residence, 20 Argyie Street, Klngsland, Auckland, James Toomath; aged 74 years.
