MOTORIST ACQUITTED

DUNEDIN, October 25. A.verdict of.not guilty was returned by ■ tho jury in the. Supreme Court today before Mr. Justice Kennedy, on a charge against John Ainslie Sparrow of negligently driving- a motor-car, thereby causing the death of Thomas Albert Carr.
