RUGBY, October 23. The Prineo of Wales in Birmingham today laid the foundation-stone of a now hospital centre, cut the first soo of the new ' medical school, visited several occupational centres for unemployed and inspected slum clearance areas.
His brother, the Duko of Kent, was at Swansea, where lie opened the newcivic buildings, visited ex-servicemen's headquarters, and was presented with H, piece of old Swansea china as a wedding present.
