LONDON, October 23. In the bitterest political book for years, "Autobiography," dealing with the formation of the National Government, Lord Snowdcn discloses jostling for Ministerial office during tho formation of the two Labour Governments. Ho attacks practical!;, every colleague, and says that Mr. MacDoiraib. formed the National Government without consulting his Labour colleagues. Mr. Mac-Donald, Lord Snowden said, after the formation soemcd to be in the highest spirits. "When I said he would now find himself popular in strange quarters, Mr. Mac-Donald replied: 'Yes. Tomorrow every duchess in London wilj, bo wanting to kiss me.' " Lord Snowdcn declares that unwise leadership and bad political judgment are arresting the progress of the Labour Party, and ho is not sanguine that it will gain much strength in the future*
