Professor and Mrs. Jean Piccard took off at 0.58 a.m. on Tuesday on a balloon flight into the stratosphere. Thoy landed at 3 p.m. near Cadiz, Ohio. Mrs. Piccard said they reached an altitude of approximately ten miles and travelled about 200 miles. Tho landing was made voluntarily, as they believed they had accomplished their purpose. j
