(Received October 24, a a.m.) ! DARWIN, This Day. Turner criticised the attitude of the officials in London in restricting his i petrol load. He said that he could have carried 11.0Q gallons, sufficient to carry him easily between the control points, ! but he was restricted to 850 gallons.
