THE MAYOR'S REPLY

The following reply to Mr. Berry s statemont has been made by tho Mayor of Eastbourne (Mr. E. \V. Wise-):—"I think Councillor Berry is taking himself and Ms actions too seriously. In the meantime, the council, in full possession of the facts, having seen fit to censure him, why does he not take his medicine like a man?
