THREE .PEOPLE HURT IN

COLLISION

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, October 22.

Three persons were injured when the motor-cycle and side-car they wero riding collided with a tramcar in Dominion Road and turned on its side. One of them is thought to have fractured his skull.

Tho motor-cycle, which was driven by AVilliam Kahn, was travelling in the same direction as the tram. The driver swerved to avoid it and struck a parked motor-van at the side of the road. It swung back, struck the tram, and was carried about 25 yards and then capsized. The driver was thrown off, but tho two passengers, ono of whom was a girl, were carried in tho machine for some distance. They were taken to Auckland Hospital. No further details are available.
