The Mayor (Mr. A. J. McCurdy) presided at the meeting- of the Upper Hutt
Borough Council last evening. . The Presbyterian Church was granted permission td Use part of Maklstone Park for a garden foto on December 1, The Boroiißh Inspector (Mr. C. 12. H.
