STAR CLUB RACES

The semi-final of the Fitzgerald Fours was rowed last evening by Star Club oarsmen, and resulted in a win for Kalaugher (str), Webb, Rees, and Wycherley by two lengths from Thodey (str), Dennehy, Blythe, and Samson. The final was to.be rowed today between Kalaugher's crow and Cooke (str), Hutchons; Sidford, and Burge.

The Star novices performed well in their races for the Novice Cup this year, the. winning crew (Cromie and Bovan) performing particularly creditably. . ■
