BROADCAST OF CEREMONY

(British Official Wireless.) " RUGBY, October 17. Tho British Broadcasting Corporation announces that the Royal assent has now been given for the broadcasting of the ceremony of the wedding of his Royal Highness the Duke of Kent and Princess Marina in its entirety. 'The time of the ceremony, on November 20, will'be announced later. An eye-witness account of scenes outside Westminster Abbey will be given by Mr. Howard Marshall before and after tho ceremony. The entire proceedings will be relayed from the British Broadcasting Corporation stations at Davcntry.
