FIRST THREE DISQUALIFIED

An incident believed to be without precedent in the history, of racing in America occurred at Saratoga Springs last month. The first three to finish in a race were all disqualified, and the fourth, fifth, and sixth horses placed first, second, and third -respectively. There were only six starters.
