Pulu-<' and llcimwehr , auxiliaries have been partly mobilised owing to persistent rumours that Socialists and Communists arc jointly planning a. revolt beginning today or tomorrow. They arc specially guarding State and other official buildings and mach-ine-guns have been placed at strategic points in the city, suburbs, and railways.
lie it Hoitz, ex-Mayor and leader of the Socialists, who was arrested on February 12, has been released.
