Charged with breaking and entering tiie shop of the Self-Help Co-op., Ltd., Trentham, and stealing a quantity of cigarettes, tobacco, and groceries, of a total value of £67 6s 3d, Leslie George Edward Parminter, aged 33, carpenter and engineer, appeared before Mr. W. Pore, J.P., in, the Petone Court yesterday, and was remanded, to appear at Petone on Friday. Senior-Sergeant G. Sivyer said that several other charges were ponding.
