COMMUNITY SING

The final midday community sing of the 1934 Season was held at the Town Hall today. Messrs. Owon Pritchard and Will Mason wore the song leaders, and Mr. Frank Crowther was at the piano. The takings totalled £33 11s 4d, of which, the raffle accounted for about £15, the rest being taken at tho door.

A 'total contribution to the Mayor's Fund of £500 was aimed at, but this has been exceeded by £37 2s Id.
