NEW YORK, October 16.

A message from Hartford, Connecticut, states that Mr. Robert Fisher, son of the ex-Premier, Mr. Andrew Fisher, of Australia, and for several years head of a London investment house, will not be admitted to the United States, unless a.n appeal to Washington is successful. Arriving from London on Sunday to enter the investment division of tho Hartford Trust Company, Mr. Fisher was detained as an allegod violator of alien contract labour laws. He was released on his own recognisance pending appeal.
