Senator David Schall, Minnesota, said today: "Despite censorship and denials from White House, inflation of currency is under way. At least 150,000,000 dollars of new greenbacks have left 1 ho United States Government printing presses and are finding their way into circulation." Ho declared that the campaign of doles to farmers was utilising a vast sum and that after next election prices would skyrocket and the fanner would find the money he receives worth little more than the paper it is printed on.
