At the Stadium tonight, in a contest between Tod Morgan, .0.11, and Herb Bishop, 9.8, the referee, after repeatedly warning the men to do their best, stopped tho contest in the fifth round and declared it "no light."

The crowd was in angry mood, made a hostile demonstration, and hooted for a quarter of an hour.
