. Mrs. Howard Booth, Carterton, returned by the Mono wax yesterday from Australia. Mrs. Alee Young and Hiss Isobel Young, Hcretaunga, who have been motoring in the north, have returned to their home. Mrs. M. H. Chatfield, Fitzherbert Terrace, returned today from a visit to Auckland. Mrs. Frank Hodson, Wellington, returned from England by the Tamaroa on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Randall Berry, Vaucluse, Sydney, who passed through Wellington "on their return from England, left today for Australia. Miss Molly Peacock, Rawhiti Terrace, returned today from a visit to Auckland. Mrs. A. H. Sth-hbury and Mr. Neville Stichbury, Kelburn, left Auckland yesterday by the Rotorua on an extended visit to Great Britain. Mrs. Barclay, Wanganui, who has been visiting Wellington and staying at the Hotel Windsor, returned to her home on Sunday. Miss Morris, 0.8. E., Reefton, West Coast, is the guest of Mrs. McCaine, Petone. Mrs. Lake, who lias been staying with her sister, Mrs. Pascoe, North Terrace, Kelburn, has returned to Christchurch. Mrs. J. Johnston, Blenheim, is visiting Wellington. Miss Natalie Gnishenkova, of the Russian Missionary Society, will leave Wellington tonight for Christchurch.
