HANDERCHIEF TRICK
. A good handkerchief trick can. bo performed by any-clever boy or girl. The performer'asks-, for the loan oi! three handkerchiefs, two white ones aud a coloured one. One corner of the coloured one is knotted to the corner of a white one, .and' the opposite comer ot the white handkerchief is in turn knotted to a corner of the other white one. The three have thus made a kind of rope handkerchief,-with, the coloured one at the end. Theconjurer then asks Ms audience how he is to get the coloured handkerchief'into the centre without; undoing .any of the knots. Tliere will probably be many suggestions, all wrong ones/ Then, when the players have given it up,, he must tie the .two. loose end,s—the. white handkerchief to the ■ coloured one—the coloured handkerchief will then be in the centre. .
