PRICE OF BREAD
INQUIRY RECOMMENDED
The Industries and Commerce Committee had no recommendation to make to the House of Representatives today in respect of a petition asking that action should be taken under the Board of Trade Act to establish fair trading conditions in the retail bread industry, but expressed the opinion that an iriquiry should be instituted by the Department of Industries and Commerce.
