COLLISION OFF CAPE COD

RUGBY, September, .24.
A slight collision occurred this morning off Cape Cod between the Canard liner Laconia and tho freighter Panroyal. No people were injured, but tho Patjroyal was severely damaged on the. port side. After standing by for two hours tho vessels proceeded' on their voyage, the Laconia to New York, tho Panroyal to Boston.
