MACHINES FOR THE AIR RACE (No. 13).—The Fairey IMF, entered by Flying-Officer.C. G. Davies (England) is apparently the standard reconnaissance biplane ivilh a 570 h.p. Napier Lion engine, though additional, fuel tanks will be fitted. These machines are used by the R.A.F., some of the European Powers, and by South American naval authorities.' Two' FaireyHis are stationed at.the Auck< ' '■■ . land military qii base.
