LEVIN WESLEY TENNIS CLUB
Ideal weather' conditions prevailed on Saturday for the opening o£ the Levin Wesley Tennis Club. The president, Mr. F. H. Hudson, welcomed members and visitors, who mustered in good numbers, and called upon the Mayor of Levin (Mr. P. W. Goldsmith) to officially open the courts. The following trophies, won during last season, were presented:—Smith Trophy, Miss D. Parsons; MacDonakl Trophy, G. Patterson; Clark Vase, Miss N. Thompson; "Worsfokl Cup, K. Lemmon; Walker Cup, Miss F. "Walker and S. Parsons; Palaster Buttons (women), Misses D. ParBons and F. Walker; (men), G. Kerslake and K. Lemmon.
