Colon* iJ Beck protested against the inadequacy of the present system and urged tif:at the League should include in the :agenda for the next Assembly a eompr'Biiensive reconstruction of the existing ..regime on a more durable and -better denned basis, ile suggested that maanwhile a general convention should be:..drafted by a special committee and a conference called before the date of Ahe next Assembly to discuss the whold matter. Meanwhile, he added, Poland would continue to protect her own m inorities.
