Mrs. Willes, sister of. Sir . Heaton Rhodes,. who has been for several months in England, is leaving next month to return to New Zealand. Lady i Findlay travelled Home with Mrs. Willes, and will probably return with her. ■ Mr. and Mrs. D. K. Blair, who have been touring the North Island, have returned to Wellington. Mrs. Martin and Mrs. A. Burnard, Karori, who ha-ye been the guests of Mrs. Hugh C. Jenkins, Wanganui, have returned to "Wellington. Miss Josephine .Russell, Wellington, is the guest-of Miss' Dora Shirtcliffc, Timaru. Mr. and Mrs. Graham Holmes, Ctiristchurch, are at 'present in Wellington. They will join the Marama en route for a trip to England. , Mr. and Mrs. J. O. Coop, Little River, Christchurch, passed through Wellington yesterday on their way to the Melbourne Centenary via Auckland. Miss Louise yon Zedlitz, Lower Hutt, who has been spending a holiday at Mount Cook, returned to Wellington yesterday. . . Mr. and Mrs. Frank Clark, Christchurch, passed through Wellington yesterday on their.way to Auckland. ..Mrs. B. Sutherland, Karori, is visiting Timaru. Mrs. G. E. Jones (Waiau), Miss L. Payter (Masterton), Miss Conway, and Misses E. and P. Conway (Feilding), and Mrs. J. Aubin (Auckland) are at the Royal Oak Hotel. Miss Hall Jones, who has been spending the school holidays with her parents, Sir AVilliam and Lady Hall Jones, has returned to Wanganui. Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Tread well are Wellington visitors to Wanganui. Mrs. Douglass,: Wanganui, is at present in Wellington for the conference of the League of Nations Union. .Miss Claudia. Weston, Dunedin, is at present, in Wellington. Mrs. C Howe, Wellington, is staying at the Station Hotel, Auckland. Miss C. !Ennis, who has been, the guest of Miss Phyllis Gray, Kelburn, has returned to Christchurch. Mrs. Charles Peek, Pieton, is visiting her daughter, Mrs. G. McKenzie, Wellington. ■ ■ • Mrs. D._ Duncan, Pieton, who has been visiting Wellington, has returned home. Miss I. Clowes, Wellington, is staying at the Hotel Stonehurst, Auckland. . ' Mrs. Iralay Saunders, Wanganui is the guest of her sister, Mrs. Thorne George, Pipitea Street. News has been received* of the engagement of Molly, daughter of Mr. id Mrs. M. B. Esson, Layley Park London, formerly of Wellington., to I Conrad Wilson, elder son of Mr. and Mrs. Conrad G. Hamman, of Fendalton Christchurch.
