PACIFIC RELATIONS
A meeting of the Wellington group of the Institute of Pacific Relations was held last week. A report was read from Professor Benson, of the Otago group, who had attended a conference in Paris called by the International Institute of Intellectual Co-operation to discuss "Collective Security." This conference was attended by delegates from most of the European countries, the United States and Canada, several international institutes, and also from Japan, and the report pave the opinions expressed by each country. The conference was a preliminary meeting to draw up the ajrond.i for the larger conference to be held next year.
