BANDITS DERAIL TRAIN
OUTRAGE NEAR HARBIN
SHANGHAI, August 31,
One of the worst train w,recks in the history of Manchukuo • occurred 26 miles south, of Harbin, when bandits derailed a passenger train, opening fire as the passengers escaped. Early dispatches report that Japanese suffered greatly, 13 being killed and eight injured. Two other foreigners are missing, though their identity is at present nnknown. *
