Appearing for one of the parties concerned, he had a difference of opinion with a witness, and said, "It would be just as wrong to say that Australia were 255 all out, when, ill fact, they are 284." Those present pricked up their ears. Another counsel asked Mr. Abady, "Is that true?" Ho "was told "Quito true."
