THE PRINCE'S STORY
The Prince of, Wales told .this story at tho Kettering Agricultural Show recently. Two boys were discussing athletics. One said that Ms father had a gold medal for running, a silver cup for swimming, and a lot of cups for boxing. The other boy said:. "Oh, he must be a champion." The boy who had been boasting replied: "No, he ain't. He keeps a pownbroker's shop." "I only hope," added the' Prince, "that bad .is times are, none of the prizes won today will go there," :
