Herr Eintelen, Austrian 'Minister at Rome, whom the Nazi terrorists caused to be announced from tho radio station as the leader of the.new Government') to supersede that of Dollfuss, was J arrested and , detained by the WaiMinistry. It was.at first reported, that! he had committed suicide after .being given a revolver, but it was later reported that he was not .(lead, but had merely fainted,' and his condition was now improving. It is -.believed that, tho rebols • consisted of dismissed or superannuated Austrian soldiers. According to the Berlin correspondent of "The Times" the three Nazis who were allegedly responsible for Dr. Doll fuss's death have been segregated fr'pm their companions. Cabinet has decided to, appoint a special military court of one Judge arid three officers to try rebels. It is under stood that.death is the only possible sentence, with no appeal therefrom.
