ROUBAIX TO RESUME
MINISTER'S ASSURANCE

LONDON, July 26. The Roubaix mills are resuming on July 31. Woolcombers' Syndicate has accepted the Minister of Commerce, M. Lamoureux's assurances that he will strive to obtain.a resumption of the normal Franco-German exchange of woollen goods.
