Mrs. G-. M. Hindmarsh, Hastings, is visiting her sister, Mrs. Hamilton J. H. Gilmer, Loivry Bay. Mrs. Hedley Huthnance, Lower Hutt, is accompanying her husband on a business trip to Australia, and will leave by the Maungaimi tomorrow. . Mrs. Stuart Sidoy, Dunedin, is the guest of Mrs. H. B. Thomas, Kelburn. Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Orr, Lower Hutt, have returned from a trip to the Islands and Sydney. Miss Helen Shield, Hawks's Bay, is the guest of Mrs. S. H. Arthur, The Terrace. Mrs. Harrap, London, who with her husband, Dr. Harrap, and their two children, are spending some months in New Zealand, returned to Taranaki yssterday after a brief stay in Wellington. Mrs. Marmaduke Bethel], Culverden, has returned to her home after a visit to Wellington. Mrs. J.. S. Neville, Sunnier, who has been the guest of Mrs. H. E. Sellers, "Wellington, has returned to her home. Mrs. G. Don and Miss B. Don, Wellington, are visiting Blenheim. Miss Maud .Mould, Little Eiver, is visiting Wellington for the annual conference of Women's Institutes. Mrs. Winnifred Brown arrived in Wellington from Dunedin this morning. She is staying with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Smith, Berhampore. Mr. and Mrs. W. S.. Newburgh, Christ-' church, have returned to their home after a visit to Wellington. Mrs. Douglas Smith and Miss' Aileen Smith, Simmer, arrived in Wellington this morning, en route- for New Plymouth, where Miss Smith will begin her training as a nurse in the public hospital. , Airs. Rupert Yanstonc (Little Eiver) is a delegate to the Women's Institute conference being held in Wellington at present. .„. . . . Mrs. 1., Gallic, Wellington, is a visitor to Auckland. ./•Miss Winnie McKay and Miss Margaret Shore,■ both .of the nursing staff of the Now Plymouth Hospital, are at present spending a holiday with Dr.1 and Mrs. K. A. Shore, Hataitai. Mrs. George Macdonald, president of rho Cheviot branch of the Plunket I Society, will attend the annual conferonce of the society to bo held in Wellington next week. Miss Howatson, Mastcrton, is among tho guests at the Midland Hotel. Mis. J. D. Orinond (Hawke's Bay), Mrs. Hosking (Waipawa), Mrs. G. L. Jamieson (Waipukurau), and Miss A. Stewart (Napier) are among the guests at the Royal Oak Hotel.' .-
