WALKER AND DETTON DRAW
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, July 23. , Anticipating lively wrestling, a large crowd assembled at the Town Hall to witness the return match between George Walker and Dean Detton. After-eight rounds of strenuous wrestling, the referee gave his decision as a draw. Each contestant had gained a fall. Walker won the first fall with a slam and press in the fifth round. Detton was stunned but made a good recovery. He evened in the seventh round with a body scissors and press after cleverly evading another slam. . ' .
