AUSTRALIA HOTEL DIVIDEND.
'By a 1 final dividend of 3%' per cent, on preference and ordinary- shares, Australia Hotel,- Ltd., Sydney, brings ,the dividend on both classes* to 6 per cent, for the year ended June 30. After having been reduced by the 'statutory deduction to 5 per cent, since 1931, the original rate is restored to the preference; shares by reason of the ordinary :shares";.receiving 6'/percent. For the previous year the- ordinary dividend was 2% per 'cent. '
