DTJNEDIN, July 20.

On the occasion of the jubilee of the Otago Association, the twenty-first annual conference of the United Commercial Travellers' and Warehousemen's Association of New Zealand was held today.

The United president, Mr. A. Smellie, presided, and the opening address was given by Mr. P. E. Sargood. , The following officers were elected:— President, Mr. W. H. Prentis (Auckland); treasurer, Mr. H. H. Wauchop (Christchurch); auditor, Mr. H. Bicknell (Christchurch); third member of the board of management of the accident and. sickness insurance department, Mr. \V. A. Drake (Christchurch); members of the board of management of "The N.Z.
