INTESTINAL WORMS
Most kinds of animals arc subject to intestinal worms, aud poultry are often heavily infected. These worms live in j the bowels, 'consuming the food which the birds should be receiving, resulting in a direct loss of stamina and egg production. There are three common types of .worms: the small round worm, lives in the ceea, or blind, guts, and can just be seen with the eye if these pouches are opened up..\ Then there is tho larger round worm which lives higher up iv the intestine, and measures from two to four inches in length.
