The Co-operative Commonwealth! Federation at its national convention adopted a resolution declaring that Canada should be neutral in "foreign, wars.'' Mr. E. E.: Winch, a member of the British Columbia Legislature, declared that he would never fight i» capitalistic wars, but would fight iof Russia. -

The president (Mr. J. S. Woodsworth, M.P.) said: "Some say we musf help Britain or the League of Nation* Let us serve notice we will stay out.*
