HALF VIENNA DARK
FAILURE OF ELECTRIC LIGHT
SUSPICION OF SABOTAGE
VIENNA, July 15.
Half the city was plunged in dark-ness-at midnight, and the trams and broadcasting were stopped. It is officially stated the causo was a rupture of an overhead cable outside the city. It is unofficially reported that pylons wore dynamited. Today is the anniversary of" the Socialist revolt of 1927 when, the Palace of Justice was burned!
