It was anticipated, however that, the hearing would conclude some time this afternoon; ■ ■
After; a full-week of argument, the appearance of.the courtroom today was that of <i small library. Three of flic benches' at the Bar were littered with, law reports and text books, and there were thirty or more other books of reference nestling on the jury; bench. Four counsel are engaged in. the case —Mr. .1. B. Callan, K.C., with him. Mi*. H. E. Evans, for the Public Trustee',/antl Mr. W. H. Heine, with him Mr. T. P. 'Oleary, for Mrs. Merry
