EUGBY, July. 10. Tho Duke of York is still confined to bed suffering from a poisoned hand. Tho Duchess was to have accompanied the King and Queen to Edinburgh, whither tho Court removed yesterday, but it was announced last night that her Highness will remain with the Duko and will not go to Scotland this week. ■"
