" The "Sydney Morning Herald" says | that the , council of tho United Australia Party has left the door open for the United Country Party to co-operate in the Senate election in New South Wales by deciding that for the present only two U.A.P. candidates will be selected. If the present negotiations for ;co-operation between the two parties are-successful, the third candidate will be a U.C'.P. representative who, however, must: bo satisfaetorv' to the U.A.P. "
