DEVELOPMENT OF AVIATION

NEW YORE:, June 22.

A.mass flight of 10 fast army Martin bombing aeroplanes from Washington to Fairbanks, Alaska^ one of the most strenuous formation manoeuvres undertaken by the Army Air Corps, will take place in July.

The flight will bo made in seven hops, tho round trip being a < distance of 7334 miles. It is regarded in some quarters as presaging the establishment of a series of military aviation stations throughout Alaska as well as the development of commercial air fields between the Canadian border and Fairbanks and Nonio. ,
