HEATH FIRE AT ASCOT

RUGBY, June 18. Hot, dry weather continues through* out Britain and, although there is a possibility of a thunderstorm tonight, tha general outlook indicates a continuanca of the drought which is causing anxiety to water authorities and; farmers. Heath fires have occurred in. somo parts ; and several acres were burnt on. Ascot Heath near the course, the scene of the most fashionable Taco meeting of the season.
