Herr Rosenberg, -writing in the chief Nazi newspaper, refers to the yon Papen crisis in the words: "The State must now examine every Nazi and f ore» him to be either a highly-qualified member of the party or to resign."

It is understood that if Herr yon Papen resigns he. will probably be followed by Baron Neurath and Count yon Krosigk, -who are both. non-Nazis.
