ROME, Juno 19. Australia and the Argentine, for the first time since its inception, have observers at tho tenth international wool conference, at which, during the next three days, thirty papers will bo discussed. '
The topics include Japaneso competition, protection of credits abroad m fche event of creditors' failure, shutting clooi-s *jn markets and other restrictions, and plans for accord in international wool arbitration. To the discussion on Japanese competition British,' French, German, and Italian delegates will contribute.
