On a charge of driving in a manner which might have been dangerous to the public, David Lloyd Clay was fined £.10, with costs, in tho Lower Hutt Court today. A second charge arising out of his driving his car away after being instructed by the traffic inspector to wait was, by consent of the inspector, withdrawn. Mr. E.
