BTJGBY, May 14. The Colonial Secretary (Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister) ; replying to a House of Commons question, said that the Netherlands Government had informed him that it was satisfied that it was practicable to control the native production of rubber in the Netherlands East Indies by means of an export tax.
