The programme decided-upon for the meet;- --; .Ing; on June 4 is on much the same lines as the- A grade have been very considerably reduced. This year there will again be A, B, and C grade championships, and a silver medal has DG6n 'ifi^yidsd for the winner of the B-grads aggregate. Prizes are based on 42, 40, and 30 entries in the A, B, and C grades respectively. ' A increase in any of these numbers . will result in a proportionately higher prizelist, in which one member in every four will participate. Clubs are reauested when forwarding., entries to accompany them by six certified ..shoots for each competitor, and these will be ; taken into consideration when competitors are -. being graded. - B and C grade competitors-may enter for the higher grade or grades upon payment'of the' entry fee for that grade as well as for the :.. grade in which he is classed. Should-he-be successful"be would then share in both lots of prize-money. For the A grade the entrance fee has- been fixed at 12s 6d for the three matches and the aggregate. Individual match entries will be 4s. The number of prizes is ten for each match, totalling £5 10s. The first prize will be £1 ss: The final ten will share £6 ss,;with first prize, of £2. In the B grade the entrance fee is 10s for the three matches and. the aggregats. There are ten prizes for first prize. Twelve "competitors share in ■ the aggregate; first prize SI 10s, total value £6. - Individual match entries are 3s; In the C grade the entrance fee is 7s 6d for the two matches and the aggregate. There are nine prizes in eac>. match, with a total value of-£6. The first prize is 15s. .In the aggregate there are . tenprizes, total value £5, with the first prize" of i£l ss. .Individual match entries are 3s. There will be. no special ladies' match, ,but a ladies' trophy will be awarded to the lady with the highest aggregate in matches 1, 2, and 3 of the A and B grades -and in the two-C- ---, grade matches. A ladies'team'match will cover the- first and third matches in the A and B or the two C grade matches. • Entrance fees are 5s a team of four ladles, the winning team to take all the entrance money. ; .■'-■-- '; A four-man teams' match will lie held over alt; three matches, A and (or) B. During Easter the nnnual stiT-ts competition between the Christchurch W.M. Club and the Wellington W.M. Club took place, and in the shooting enntes' Wellington were successful by 405 points- to 433.
